He leads Industry 4.0 assessments that translate plant needs into practical roadmaps for connectivity, data, automation, and AI. Steven advises manufacturers on workforce development, operational excellence, safety, quality systems, and business growth, aligning initiatives with measurable outcomes such as throughput, first-pass yield, and traceability. He also administers the region’s MEDC Industry 4.0 Technology Implementation Grant and connects companies with vetted providers to accelerate implementation. With experience across regulated supply chains, Steven brings a disciplined, results-oriented approach to helping small and mid-sized manufacturers modernize operations and build capability.
