Emerging Bioscience Member
Emerging Bioscience members are companies that have been founded within the past five years, with five employees or less, and has not been a member of MichBio previously. Companies are eligible for Emerging Bioscience membership for up to five years.
Educational Member
Educational members are universities that includes:
- Public University
- Private University
- Community College/Vocational
Clinical Member
Clinical members are companies that includes:
- Hospital/Clinical Research
- Professional Development Training (Non-Academic)
- Technology Transfer/Industry Engagement
Associate Member
Associate members are professional service, capital investment, and manufacturing service companies that support businesses within the bioscience industry, such as:
- Consulting (e.g., business development, commercialization, management)
- Staffing
- Lab and equipment services
- Regulatory and reimbursement
- Legal and intellectual property
- Investors
- Accounting, finance, risk management
- Contract Manufacturing
- OEMs
- Remanufacturer
Government & Nonprofit Member
Government & Nonprofit members are universities and companies that includes:
- Business Accelerator/Incubator/SmartZone
- Economic Development/Chamber of Commerce
- Educational/Community/Private Foundation
- Government Office
- Industry/Trade Association
- Patient/Disease/Professional Association
Student Member
Single-person membership for students of a college or university.
