Sterling Industries is a vertically integrated, North American based, contract manufacturer and assembler (CDMO) of medical devices and sub-components. We have deep experience manufacturing innovative medical devices across multiple specialties and technologies. Sterling has four facilities and broad capabilities including Class 7 Clean Rooms for product assembly and injection molding, and also has expertise with design and development of medical devices. Sterling has extensive experience designing and manufacturing Medtech devices that include opto-electronics and micro-optics, medical hardgoods, OR and ICU equipment and devices, as well as single-use sterilized products, with volumes ranging from the hundreds to the millions of units. We manage the entire process including the supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, testing, labeling, packaging, sterilization, and shipping.
