Bioscience members are companies engaged in biosciences or bioscience-related fields. These fields include:
- Agricultural Bioscience
- R&D/Testing
- Pharma
- Distribution
- Medical Devices
- HealthTech
Emerging Bioscience Company Member
Emerging Bioscience members are companies that have been founded within the past five years, with five employees or less, and has not been a member of MichBio previously. Companies are eligible for Emerging Bioscience membership for up to five years.
Manufacturer & Supplier Member
Manufacturing Supplier members are companies that are suppliers, professional service providers, and related organizations that support OEMs.
Educational & Clinical Member
Educational & Clinical members are universities and companies that includes:
- Academic Research/Education (University, 4-year College, Institute)
- Community College/Vocational
- Hospital/Clinical Research
- Professional Development Training (Non-Academic)
- Technology Transfer/Industry Engagement
Associate Member
Associate members are companies, typically vendors and/or service providers, that support businesses within the bioscience industry, such as:
- Consulting (e.g., business development, commercialization, management)
- Staffing
- Investors
- Lab & equipment services
- Regulatory and reimbursement
- Legal and intellectual property
- Accounting, finance, risk management
Government & Nonprofit Member
Government & Nonprofit members are universities and companies that includes:
- Business Accelerator/Incubator/SmartZone
- Economic Development/Chamber of Commerce
- Educational/Community/Private Foundation
- Government Office
- Industry/Trade Association
- Patient/Disease/Professional Association
Student Member
Single-person membership for students of a college or university.
