Registration Includes

  • 6’ table with 1 chair
  • Table covering (black)
  • Extension cord
  • Sign with company name – 11” w x 4.25” h
  • 1 vendor badge (i.e. event registration)

Additional items (e.g. power strips, hard-lined internet) are available by special request for a fee. Each exhibit table includes one vendor badge (i.e. event registration). Additional representatives will need to register at the regular registration rate.

 

 

Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, September 9 ONLY

6:30-7:30 a.m. Set-up
7:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Exhibit hall open
7:00-8:00 p.m. Dismantle

Due Dates

August 10 Make room reservations at Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center. After 8/10 the hotel cannot guarantee availability or discounted rates. Click here for details.
August 21 Exhibit registration closes at midnight EST. Exhibit Table Form, 50-word company description, and EPS or PNG logo are due to MichBio (required).
September 9 Symposium begins - exhibit tables on Wednesday ONLY
