Each meeting will offer two sessions (morning and afternoon) intended for different audiences. Industry is suggested to participate from 9:00am to 1:00pm for presentation and discussion tailored to industry interests. Academics and non-profits are suggested to participate from 12:00pm to 4:00pm for presentation and discussion tailored to their interests. Lunch will be open to all participants as an opportunity to network.
You may sign up for any day/city and you can participate in any session, especially if your schedule is constrained. It is also acceptable to stay for both sessions. (Although we do not anticipate issues, if we need to limit attendance for any reason for a given session, we will give priority to the relevant stakeholder group).
More details regarding how to register, travel and parking, logistics, etc. will be posted at the www.niimbl.org website during the week of January 30, 2017 (click on the Regional Stakeholder Meeting link).
Attendance in one of the above is not a requirement to join NIIMBL.
