GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services to feature Diplomat in national campaign

Diplomat, the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, will be the focus of a new campaign from GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services (HFS). The campaign will include video and a case study on how Lean principles can help manage growth.
Diplomat first partnered with HFS in 2012, recognizing room to improve customer interactions. Looking to add value to each of these exchanges, Diplomat’s leaders identified three primary challenges to address:
  • Manage fast-paced growth.
  • Adapt to an ever-changing marketplace.
  • Improve patient care.
As a result of the partnership, Diplomat has implemented Lean principles to improve customer calls and refill prescriptions more efficiently. These efforts have yielded an improvement in turnaround time for the company. Diplomat and other customers working with HFS are able to take advantage of Access GE, a program that taps into the expertise, experience, tools and best practices of GE to address business needs that extend beyond financing.
