Preferred Providers are a select (but not exclusive) group of suppliers selected by MichBio based on their offerings and the needs of MichBio member companies. In exchange for reduced rates on products and services, Preferred Providers are given preferential access to MichBio's membership. Benefits for Preferred Providers include:

• Access to a readymade client base of Michigan life sciences companies, including quarterly member-list updates
• Promotion and a web link on the MichBio website
• A booth at the annual MichBio Expo, the premier life sciences event in Michigan
• A table-top display at the popular MichBio Annual Meeting
• Occasional editorial item and opportunities for special discount coupons distributed in the weekly MichBio newsletter, BioBytes.
• Bottom-line results through increased business

How Does My Company Become a MichBio Preferred Provider?

Application
MichBio Preferred Providers complete a brief application form. Upon acceptance, the Preferred Provider company enters into a one-year contractual agreement with MichBio outlining the specifics of their program.

Fees and Discounts
Preferred providers pay an annual program fee. Additional administration and management fees will be paid to MichBio based upon the volume of sales to MichBio members as defined in each Preferred Provider agreement.

Discount amounts on products and services will vary. For some organizations, the offering of certain services for free may be more appropriate.

Tracking
Preferred providers will track their sales to MichBio members and report those sales, by member company, quarterly to MichBio.
